What are the advantages of industrial design registration applications filed with Community Design?
- To be able to apply for trademark registration in 28 countries more than one country with a single application,
- To be able to apply in one language,
- To make changes with a single fee and transaction,
- In case of legal violations related to the industrial design application after registration, not every country is sued separately and the decision of any one of the courts of the member countries of the union is valid in all European Union countries.
