Public Prosecution has been amended against the counterfeit goods confiscated by the security forces as a result of the complaint of the owner of the trademark by the public prosecutor about the ones who imitate the registered trademark of someone else to sell, import or export imitation branded goods, hold the goods for commercial purposes.
The penalties shall apply:
- Two to four years in prison
- The closure of the workplaces for not less than one year and a penalty of one year from trade
